What is your lifetime warranty policy?

FLOLAB offers a lifetime warranty on screen protectors to keep you protected, no matter what happens. We strive to make the warranty process as hassle-free as possible while also promoting sustainability. Please hold on to your damaged product — we may request photos or require the damaged product to be returned for processing. Here’s everything you need to know:

How Does the Lifetime Warranty Work?

If your screen protector cracks or becomes damaged, we’ll replace it under our lifetime warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees for replacements.

We also encourage you to keep your installation kit for future use to help reduce plastic waste.

To file a claim:

What Are the Limits of the Warranty?

To ensure fairness, our warranty has the following limitations:

  1. No Stacking Warranties:

    • You can only file one warranty claim per product per month.
    • Claims cannot be combined for multiple items in a single order. Each warranty must be handled separately.

  2. Eligibility:

    • The warranty is only available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered by the Warranty?

We aim to cover most issues to keep you protected:

Covered:

  • Cracks or damage from drops and impacts.
  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., damaged during transit).

Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation.
  • Minor scratches from normal wear and tear.
  • Multiple claims on the same product.

How Do I File a Warranty Claim?

To make filing a warranty claim as easy as possible, we’ve streamlined the process:

  1. Self-Service Warranty Claims:

  2. What You’ll Need:

    • Your order number.
    • Image of the damaged screen protector.
    • A brief description of the issue.

Key Things to Remember

  • FLOLAB warranties are lifetime but subject to fair use policies.

  • To reduce waste, please reuse your installation kit when filing a claim for a new screen protector.

  • Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible while ensuring fair access for all customers.
