How to Fix a Misaligned Screen Protector?

A misaligned screen protector can be frustrating, but it’s easy to fix. Follow these simple steps to get a perfect fit:

1. Prepare Your Workspace

  • Choose a clean, dust-free area to work.
  • Gather a microfiber cloth, alcohol wipe, and dust stickers (from your kit).

2. Carefully Remove the Screen Protector

  • Lift a corner gently using your fingernail or a soft plastic tool.
  • Peel it off slowly, keeping the sticky side facing up to avoid dust.

3. Clean Your Screen

  • Wipe the screen with an alcohol pad to remove dust, fingerprints, or residue.
  • Dry with a microfiber cloth to ensure the screen is spotless.

4. Reapply the Screen Protector

  • Use the alignment tray (if included) or carefully align the protector with your screen edges.
  • Lower the protector slowly, starting from one side to the other.
  • Push out bubbles using a soft cloth or squeegee, working from the center to the edges.

5. Check the Fit

  • Ensure all edges are secure and touch sensitivity works fine.
  • Power on your device to check for alignment and display clarity.
