Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes plans change — and we're here to help!

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible by emailing hello@flolab.io.

⏱️ When Can I Cancel?

  • Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 business hours.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it — but you can still reach out to us, and we’ll guide you on the return process if needed.
