How do I make a warranty claim?

At FLOLAB, we aim to make the warranty process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Whether your screen protector is broken, cracked, chipped, or has another issue, we’re here to help.


✅ Steps to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Assess the Damage
    Determine if your screen protector is eligible for a warranty claim. Our warranty covers damage such as cracks, chips, or breaks from drops or impacts, as well as manufacturing defects.
  2. Submit Your Warranty Claim
    • Visit our Warranty Claim Form to begin the process.
    • For Amazon purchases, use the Amazon Warranty Claim Form.
    • Provide the following details:
      • Order Number: If you don’t have your order number, we can look it up using your name or email address from the original purchase.
      • Description of the Issue: Briefly explain what happened.
      • Photos: Attach clear pictures of the damaged screen protector (e.g., cracked, chipped, or broken glass). 
  3. Replacement Process
    • Once your claim is approved, we will ship out a replacement screen protector.
    • The screen protector is free of charge, but you will need to cover the shipping and handling costs. 
  4. Keep Your Installation Kit
    To help reduce waste, we encourage you to reuse your existing installation tray for the replacement product.

📌 Important Notes

  • Only one warranty claim per product is allowed every 30 days

  • Warranties cannot be stacked for multiple items in one order

  • Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser

If your warranty claim is due to:

  • Installation issues

  • Misalignment

  • Bubbles or dust trapped during install
