  1. Send Back the Original Item: Please ensure the case is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once the item is shipped, kindly provide us with the tracking number for reference.

  2. Verification and Exchange: Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll proceed with the exchange for your desired color or model. Customers will need to cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

  3. Alternative Option for Faster Processing: If you’d prefer a quicker turnaround, you can place a new order for the correct color or model. Once we receive and verify the return, we will refund the product cost from your original order. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
