1. What to Do If Your Screen Protector Is Broken or Damaged
If your screen protector arrives damaged or breaks during use, please contact our support team right away.

To help us arrange a replacement quickly, please include clear photos of:
The damaged or broken screen protector
The outer package (if damaged)
The shipping label
The SKU label (product identifier)
Once received, our team will review the claim and help arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
2. Installation Issues (Important Policy Note)
If damage happens during installation, it does not qualify for a refund or return.
However, we can still help through our lifetime warranty program.
To request assistance, please email support with:
Photos of the issue
Videos (if possible) showing what happened during installation
Our team may arrange a warranty replacement depending on the situation.
3. Warranty Replacement Rules
FLOLAB screen protectors are backed by a lifetime warranty, but please note the following conditions:
Shipping Fee Applies
Warranty replacements require the customer to cover the shipping cost.
One Warranty Claim Every 30 Days
Only one warranty replacement can be processed within a 30-day period.
If a replacement is issued, another replacement cannot be provided until 30 days have passed.
Any damage occurring within that window will need to wait until the 30-day period is complete.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Opened or Used Items Are Not Eligible
Any product that has been:
Opened
Used
Installed
does not qualify for return or refund.
Unused Products Can Be Returned
If your product is unused and still in original condition, returns may be accepted.

5. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if:
The item is unused and unopened
The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
The customer covers the return shipping cost
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
